Dos Madrecitas

In this turbulent era, sometimes it is difficult to stay centered by keeping one’s focus on wellness of
body, mind and spirit.
This wellness weekend offers an opportunity for women to come together by calling on the sacred Grandmothers
for blessings and inspiration

focusing on our bodies through the
sacred arts of yoga, essential oils and herbs –
sitting still in the arms of
the beautiful and quiet natural setting
of
Alma de Mujer
