In this turbulent era, sometimes it is difficult to stay centered by keeping one’s focus on wellness of
body, mind and spirit.
This wellness weekend offers an opportunity for women to come together by calling on the sacred Grandmothers
for blessings and inspiration

focusing on our bodies through the
sacred arts of yoga, essential oils and herbs –
sitting still in the arms of

6:00P.M.: Arrival/Check-in

7:30P.M.: Dinner

8:30P.M.: Sacred Fire/Setting Intentions/Centering Process


8 A.M. – 8:45: Yoga

9 A.M. -10:00: Breakfast

10 A.M.-11:00: Wellness Orientation and
Guadalupe Day Ceremonia y Procession

11 A.M.-11:45: Lunch

12 P.M.- 5:00: Raindrop Treatments *
5 P.M. – 6:30: Reflection Time

6:30 P.M.-7:30: Dinner

7:30 P.M.-8:30: Natural Facials


8 A.M. -9:15: Yoga

9:30 A.M. -10:30: Breakfast

11 A.M.-12:30: Introduction to Herbal Medicine

1 P.M. -2: Lunch

2:30 P.M. – 4:00: Weaving Our Dreams

* participants will be introduced to the Raindrop Technique, an immunity enhancing treatment that uses a variety of essential oils in a very specific sequence



Cost includes all meals, 2 nights in a cabin, and workshop supplies = $195

Alma de Mujer offers a range of programs in the areas of arts, cultural, and environmental education, activism, civic responsibility, heath and social wellbeing and personal development. All aspects of Alma de Mujer’s programming is shaped and informed by a 13 member inter-generational, cross-cultural Local Council.
