HOUSTON: 100 years of International Women’s Day – March 8

ENGLISH/SPANISH

The Center for Community Integration (CCI) invites you to come together to celebrate 100 years of Women’s International Day.

It was declared to commemorate the courageous fight of immigrant women striking for better working conditions in New York’s garment district. It remained a beacon in the fight for women’s right to vote. It continues to unite women fighting for human rights all over the world.

The event has been moved to the PlazAmericas Food Court on the 2nd Floor. This gives us more space for more women to join us.
