“VOLTEAR LA OLA …POR LOS DERECHOS de MIGRANTES”
San Antonio, TX-
Latinos y Mexicanos están bajo ataque por el Departamento de  ‘Homeland Security’ (DHS), la administración de Obama, Inmigración y Aduanas (ICE), La Patrulla Fronteriza,  y grupos extremistas de derecha como son el Partido Republicano, El Partido del Tea, Los Caza-Migrantes y otros grupos Blancos de milicias armadas.  Ahora es tiempo de Unirnos y tomar acción en Texas y en la Nación.
 
Texas es uno de los estados que enfrenta leyes racistas y represivas como la 1070 de Arizona y ya se presento una propuesta ley por la Representante Debbie Riddle de Tomball.  La Legislatura entra en sesión el 11 de Enero y dura hasta el 30 de Mayo.
 
Los estados que ENFRENTAN ataques racistas donde leyes como la 1070 de Arizona y 287 G y ‘comunidades seguras’ se estarán presentando para aprobación en la legislatura estatal y en municipios.  Los otros estados del FRENTE de ataque son Florida, Norte Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, Missouri y Louisiana.
 
NOSOTROS hacemos una convocatoria para que TU y tu ORGANIZACIÓN  participe en este primer paso importante para crear PLAN DE ACCION para luchar por los derechos de migrantes en estado de Texas. 
 
Nuestra META es voltear esta ola racista  por los derechos migratorios en esta asamblea:
1.     Desarrollar y definir una estrategia en un PLAN DE ACCION para los derechos de Migrantes y su defensa,
2.     Desarrollar estrategias y tácticas para frenar el ‘tsunami’ de racismo que viene empezando en enero 2011 en la legislatura estatal,
3.     Desarrollar un sistema de comunicación y solidaridad,
4.     Desarrollar un comité de coordinación  a nivel de estado.

PEOPLES MOVEMENTS ASSEMBLY
 
“TURNING THE TIDE for MIGRANT RIGHTS”
 
San Antonio, TX-
Latinos and Mexicans are under attack by Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Obama Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Border Patrol, and right wing extremist groups like the Republican Party, Tea Party, Minutemen, and armed White militias. 
 
Now is the time to unite and take action across Texas and the Nation!
 
Texas is one of the FRONTLINE STATES and already Rep. Debbie Riddle R-Tomball has filed a bill that copy-cat’s Arizona’s racist and repressive 1070!
 
The TEXAS STATE LEGISLATURE starts on JANUARY 11, 2011.
 
Other FRONTLINE STATES are Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, and Louisiana, Missouri, and others being added on by the minute in this RACIST TSUNAMI that we are experiencing today!
 
WE are making a CALL …to you and your organization to participate in this important first step to develop a PLAN OF ACTION for MIGRANT RIGHTS.
 
Our goals at the ‘Turn the Tide for Migrant Rights’ assembly include the following:
 
1.    Develop a PLAN of ACTION and strategy to organize and mobilize against racist and repressive immigration bills filed in Texas and to fight for the rights of Migrants.
2.    Develop a unified plan of action for 2011 to stop this tsunami of racism coming at us starting in January 11, to May 30, 2011 the term of the State Legislature
3.    Develop a defense system for migrant rights
4.    Develop a coordinating committee at the statewide level
5.    Set up communications and rapid response system
